Introducing the 7 Mile Organic Food Festival! Tmrw.Tday invites you to send your tastebuds on a frenzy and embark on a pilgrimage of food appreciation. Jamaica is home to a rich cuisine packed with colour, flavour and life. While this cuisine may have made its mark on the rest of the world, the 7 Mile Organic Food Festival aims to share the story of how this country nourishes its people. Bob Marley’s son Ziggy remembers this distinct Jamaican flavour from his youth.

“I grew up with coconuts as the main flavor in food in Jamaica. It’s part of our culture.” – Ziggy Marley

Eating the traditional food of a country is one of the best parts of travel for me. Fortunately, Jamaica has some fantastic flavours to try and some equally amazing places to try them.

Here’s what you can expect from the 7 Mile Organic Food Festival

I say “Jerk”, you say, “Jamaica”

This Jamaican staple has made its mark on the rest of the world but the rest of the world is about to learn that Jamaican cuisine encompasses so much more.

At the 7 Mile Organic Food Festival, attendees will be able to enjoy a food experience like no other from 7 feature restaurants that include Ital and traditional Jamaican dishes paired with specialty cocktails.

Tmrw.Tday is hosting an experiential dinner series for attendees, completed with a hot sauce competition.

Farm to Table Dinner Experience

We could not forget who to thank those responsible for nourishing the world: the farmers. This experience takes fresh produce from local Jamaican farmers and turns it into an exquisite meal in front of your eyes.

7 Mile Organic Food Fest presents a community of proper foodies from the growers and providers to the cookers and tasters. Tmrw.Tday brings you a food experience based on community, sustainability and mindfulness – the way food should be enjoyed.

Nourishment for you, nourishment for the people, nourishment for the world.
